All sessions last for 50 minutes and cost £60 per session.

Neurodivergent Coaching
Individual coaching
In person at my Practice Room in Kingsley House, Shurdington or on-line.
Sessions last for 1 hour and cost £120.00 per session
Group Coaching
Held at Kingsley House, Shurdington, Gloucester, this is a more affordable way to access Coaching, with the added benefit of peer support. Groups are restricted to 5 people, and participants are required to commit for 6 sessions to ensure group continuity.
Sessions run for 90 minutes at a cost of £30 per session.
I am currently accepting clients with Access to Work funding.
Workshops
Introduction to Neurodivergence
A short 90 minute workshop designed for adults who suspect they may be, or self-identify as Neurodivergent.
Groups are restricted to 6 to allow time and space for everyone to participate and costs £20.
Understand your Neurodivergence
A 5 week programme, designed as a follow on from Introduction to Neurodivergence. Over the weeks we will explore various aspects of Neurodivergence and within a safe setting you can begin to safely explore your own unique Neurodivergence.
Groups are restricted to 6 and participants are required to commit to all 5 sessions to ensure group continuity. Sessions last 90 minutes at a cost of £20 per session.
